Our store accepts returns and exchanges.
TERMS OF REFUND AND EXCHANGE:
The application for return / exchange of goods is accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the BUYER.

The goods must be sent to the SELLER within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the goods have not been sent within 30 days, the SELLER has the right to refuse to return / exchange goods to the buyer.

RETURN:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

EXCHANGE:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at allurestore3@gmail.com

The SELLER pays return shipping if the item was damaged during transport or does not match the description in the store.
The BUYER pays return shipping if returning the goods is the BUYER’s personal desire.

If you are sending goods you should use the delivery tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.
